The Association between Cardiorespiratory Fitness and Reported Physical Activity with Sleep Quality in Apparently Healthy Adults: A Cross-Sectional Study

Background: Recently, poor cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF) has been postulated as an adverse health outcome related to sleep quality. However, studies investigating the relationship between CRF and a subjective quality index are scarce. Thus, current study aimed investigate association Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) in apparently healthy people. The secondary aim was reported physical activity (PA) PSQI. Methods: Thirty-three male participants volunteered participate. (VO2PEAK) measured via cardiopulmonary exercise testing on treadmill. A short form of International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) used measure PA, PSQI for index.
